Free Pilates classes will be held on the lawn on the first Thursday of every month!
Instructor Tia is a passionate Pilates instructor with 3 years of experience who’s ready to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and boost your spirit.
First session is November 6 from 5:45pm - 7pm
